RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can drop us a return request via Contact Us Form or write in to email@example.com to return your items to us and opt for refunds, as long as they reach us within 14 working days from the delivery date for local Malaysia orders. We only accept returns for items that are purchased from PopSockets Malaysia Website and in unopened, complete, original packaging. Anytning beyond this would be rejected.
DO I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
Option1: Postage fees would be borne by customer for the return for delivery.
Option2: Item can be returned personally at our office.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel.
It'll then be dispatched to be mailed out via selected courier service for door-to-door delivery service.
Courier Delivery (Will provide Tracking Number)
1-3 working days upon order confirmation. Sabah and Sarawak will take slightly longer due to distance. ( RM10 per Order )
Purchase order above RM 120, we will provide FOC delivery for whole Malaysia.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR LOCAL COURIER RE-DELIVERY?
If in the case failed delivery, customer can call up the delivery service to deliver again for the second time, if the 1st fail.
A subsequent re-delivery charge of RM10 will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again. (Please provide accurate address to reduce these chances from happening)
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?No, as we are not allowed to.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL. WHO CAN I CONTACT?
If you have trouble retrieving information about your delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will be happy to assist!
We also have a whatsapp contact that can be used as well.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?
We offer the following modes of payment - Manual Payment.
But we are in the process of getting our payment Gateway sorted, that includes Credit Card, Online Bank transfer, and including E-wallet!
We will announce it once we test the system.
I RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you accordingly! If it is our mistake, we will send a complimentary PopSockets for wrong order made.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?Yes you may do so but please drop us an e-mail beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will only accept exchanges for items that are unopened and in original condition.
